Enjoy Lampila's relaxing sauna world on the shore of Vuorilampi in Jyväskylä. Tickets include access to three saunas, a hot tub, an ice hole, and a terrace. In addition, the smoke sauna is heated a few times a month.

(Note: morning swim shift from 6-10 AM (Wed and Fri) only when the outdoor pool is warm enough)

Good to know before you arrive.

The sauna session lasts for 2 hours, during which you can move freely between all the facilities. No reservation is needed - just come whenever it suits you within our opening hours.

Changing rooms and washrooms are separate for men and women. Space in the changing rooms is limited – please take care of your belongings and let's keep the changing room tidy together. Saunas are for shared use - please wear swimwear!

Remember to bring your swimsuit, towel, and a good mood! On the terrace, you can enjoy snacks and refreshments - consuming your own alcoholic beverages is prohibited due to the liquor license.
