Enjoy the relaxing sauna world of Lampila on the shores of Lake Vuorilampi in Jyväskylä. Tickets include access to three saunas, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a terrace. In addition, the smoke sauna heats up a few times a month.

(Note: during the morning swimming shift from 7-10 am (Wed and Fri) only the landscape sauna is warm)

Good to know before you arrive

Please note that we do not accept cash payments.

Tip: Also bring sandals, as they make moving between saunas and buildings much more comfortable!

The showers have Smooth Sunday's new and delicious shower soaps, but bring your own hair shampoo if you want!

You can also rent or buy a towel from us if necessary.

The changing rooms and washrooms are separate for men and women. Space in the changing rooms is limited – please remember to take care of your own belongings and keep the changing room tidy together. The saunas are shared – wear your swimsuits!

You can enjoy snacks and refreshments on the terrace - consuming your own alcoholic beverages is prohibited due to the liquor license.
