Please note that we do not accept cash payments.

Tip: Also bring sandals, as they make moving between saunas and buildings much more comfortable!

The showers have Smooth Sunday's new and delicious shower soaps, but bring your own hair shampoo if you want!

You can also rent or buy a towel from us if necessary.

The changing rooms and washrooms are separate for men and women. Space in the changing rooms is limited – please remember to take care of your own belongings and keep the changing room tidy together. The saunas are shared – wear your swimsuits!

You can enjoy snacks and refreshments on the terrace - consuming your own alcoholic beverages is prohibited due to the liquor license.
walk-in basis

Lampila’s public saunas operate on a walk-in basis. This means there is no advance booking – you are welcome to arrive whenever it suits you best.

We admit a limited number of guests per hour. If the number of visitors becomes too high, we may need to temporarily restrict entry on-site. In this case, entry is possible by queuing until space becomes available. ✨
Update on the warm water situation 🫧

The hot water tank that broke down around our opening has been replaced with a new one. Although the current water heating system is functioning normally, we still run out of warm shower water almost daily, as the number of visitors has pleasantly exceeded our expectations.

We have started working on a long-term solution. The current technology — both for water heating and the related electrical systems — needs to be almost entirely upgraded to meet the demands of our visitor numbers. The delivery time for the required components is approximately 1–2 months.

Due to this, resolving the situation will take some time, as all necessary equipment must first be delivered to Lampila. The scope of the required modifications is larger than initially expected, so we kindly ask for your understanding and patience.

In the future, warm showers will be available again! 🤎🫧
Morning swim

Morning swim sessions only on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 AM to 10 AM. During these sessions, only the Panorama Sauna is heated.

Ice hole and swimming pier

You can dive into the water of Vuorilampi directly from the pier. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the summer, and experience the uniquely invigorating power of ice swimming in the winter. Safe ladders make it easy to get in and out.

We are located near Laajavuori in Jyväskylä, where the silence of the forest and the proximity to the lake offer a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Drop S - Outdoor hot tub

On the terrace, you'll find the Drop Lähde outdoor hot tub, guaranteeing a first-class relaxation experience. The heated water and atmospheric bubbles relax your muscles after a sauna. Available year-round in the Vuorilampi landscape.
Living room and terrace

In the cozy cabin and on the sunny terrace, you can enjoy snacks and refreshing drinks. Lampila has a liquor license, so we offer quality drinks to complement your sauna experience. Bringing your own alcoholic beverages to the area is not allowed.
